The house is located in a residential area at the traditional village of Skarinou in the Larnaca district.

The site is on a sloping hill therefore the project was designed to include interior and exterior spaces of various levels adjusted to the nature of the environment. Spaces are also designed to make maximum use of orientation and distant views.

The entrance is at street level as well as the garage which is embedded into the hill. Access to the upper levels is through a staircase and a lift.

Level 2 includes covered and uncovered exterior space with an infinity type pool. The enclosed spaces include a small 1 bedroom apartment as well as utility spaces.

Level 3 includes the main living spaces of the house which are the sitting room, dining and kitchen in an open plan. It also includes covered verandas.

Level 4 includes 3 bedrooms and a common bathroom as well as an en-suite WC/shower for the master bedroom.
