We manage all construction phases from conception to completion and handover.
Our designs take into account the various construction stages and techniques required. We work alongside the contractors and often provide method statements in order to enable site works to progress smoothly and without delays.
We also manage the processes with local and statutory authorities in order to ensure that there are no delays and that the proposed methods and works comply with current regulations. We are experts in procedural requirements of the various agencies such as the electricity authority, water and sewerage board, highways and environmental agency, department of antiquities etc.
Our architects and engineers are up to speed and continuously enhance their knowledge on current health and safety regulations. On the majority of our projects we also act as Health and Safety coordinators.
