This project is located in Limassol and involves the refurbishment of an existing 1980s building, along with the addition of an extra floor. The project includes a full redesign of the façade, giving the building a modern and contemporary exterior that transforms its street presence.

Structurally, the building has been upgraded to meet current standards, with the extension constructed using a steel structural system to ensure strength, flexibility, and durability. The redesigned building is designed to achieve Energy Class A performance, incorporating high-quality insulation and photovoltaic (PV) panels to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability.

Our team was responsible for the architectural and structural design, project management, coordination, and supervision throughout the construction process. The project successfully combines modern aesthetics, improved functionality, and energy-efficient solutions, delivering a revitalized and high-performance building in Limassol.
