This private residence is located in Larnaca and features a classic architectural exterior with a modern twist, carefully designed to harmonize with the surrounding neighborhood of private homes. Our team undertook the full architectural and structural design, as well as project coordination and management throughout the construction process. The building incorporates complex arches, for which special formwork was developed in close collaboration with our team to ensure precision and a high-quality finish. The structure is based on reinforced concrete with masonry walls, combining strength, durability, and aesthetic appeal.

Designed to achieve Energy Class A efficiency, the residence includes high-performance insulation and materials to maximize comfort and minimize energy consumption. We provided full supervision of the project to completion, ensuring that construction quality, design intent, and client expectations were fully realized.
