This multi-storey residential complex is located in the Pyla area of Larnaca and consists of multiple modern buildings designed to maximize space and functionality within each apartment. The development offers a variety of shared amenities, including a gym, a swimming pool, and landscaped communal areas, providing residents with a complete and comfortable living environment.

Our team was responsible for the architectural and structural design, as well as project management and site supervision throughout construction. The buildings are designed to achieve Energy Class A performance, incorporating high-quality insulation and photovoltaic (PV) panels to minimize energy consumption and enhance sustainability.

The project combines modern design aesthetics with efficient use of space and high-quality construction, resulting in a residential complex that is both visually appealing and highly functional for the community.
