The building is located in the historic centre of the Capital of Cyprus, Nicosia, very close to the Venetian walls of the old city.

The project involved the restoration, renovation and extension of an existing 4-storey warehouse building, which was used for storage of grain. The building was used by the Ministry of Culture as a gallery and storage for a number of years. The existing building was restored and its structural elements were upgraded. An extra level was added at the existing roof.

The basement level includes W.C facilities, and storage. The ground floor includes a reception hall and exhibition space. The first, second and third floors include exhibition areas, offices, W.C facilities and conference rooms.

At the roof terrace level are the new additions which include a cafeteria with kitchen, W.C facilities and external covered and uncovered verandas. The exterior areas surrounding the building include circulation areas, landscaped areas and parking.
