This new commercial building is located in a prime commercial area in Larnaca and is designed to accommodate a medical equipment sales business. The building features expansive glass façades, providing a bright and inviting showroom while allowing natural light to enhance the office spaces.

Structurally, the building incorporates large spans between reinforced concrete circular columns, creating an open and unobstructed retail area that maximizes flexibility for the showroom layout. The design also includes underground storage and parking, efficiently integrating functional requirements while optimizing site use.
