This residential project is located in the heart of Larnaca city center and comprises seven modern apartments, with the top-floor unit featuring a private roof garden. The building was designed with a contemporary aesthetic, offering a striking modern façade that maximizes the potential of a challenging urban plot.

Structurally, the project presented significant challenges due to offset columns and parking requirements. Large transfer beams were incorporated into the reinforced concrete structure to ensure stability and functionality, allowing for efficient use of space without compromising structural integrity.

Our team was responsible for the full architectural and structural design, as well as project management, site supervision, and licensing. Designed to achieve Energy Class A efficiency, the building incorporates high-quality insulation, sustainable materials, and photovoltaic (PV) panels to reduce energy consumption and enhance environmental performance.
