The project is located at the village of Spilia in the Troodos Mountains of Nicosia district.

It involved the restoration and re-purposing of the old school which is a listed building, constructed during the island’s Colonial times. The old school was converted into a community cultural centre which consists of a multi-purpose hall, W.C facilities and external paved areas.

The building was restored and converted in accordance to listed buildings regulations.
