This project involves the conversion of a field into a residential development, followed by the construction of two buildings comprising over 30 apartments, including 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units. Construction will be carried out in phases, beginning with the smaller building before moving to the larger one, ensuring an efficient and organized workflow. The development is designed to achieve Energy Class A performance, incorporating high-quality insulation and energy-efficient systems for sustainable and comfortable living.

Our team was responsible for architectural design, civil and structural engineering, and coordination of all consultants, overseeing a seamless process from site planning to final delivery. The project delivers a high-quality, energy-efficient residential community with thoughtfully designed layouts and modern amenities.
